| HIV
Our team has worked to develop some of the most widely prescribed antiretrovirals for the treatment of HIV disease, including protease inhibitors, nucleoside analogs, and non-nucleoside analogs.
Oncology
We have worked with a wide range of anticancer drugs, from traditional antineoplastics such as anthracyclines to more recent developments such as matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) inhibitors.
Our experience includes:
• lung cancer
• hepatocellular carcinoma
• prostate cancer
• breast cancer
• leukemia
• renal cell carcinoma
AIDS
We began working with AIDS indications in the early 1990s. Our experience with Kaposi’s Sarcoma, cytomegalovirus infections, and wasting syndrome carries with it the unique knowledge and experience of working with challenging indications in a complex study environment.
Ophthalmology
Experienced with therapeutics that treat both the anterior and posterior chambers of the eye, we understand the complexity of working in sight threatening conditions. Past studies include those for lens replacement, retinal detachment, and complications related to diabetic retinopathy.
Pain Management
We have worked to develop opioid therapeutics for the treatment of pain. Consequently, we possess extensive familiarity with the significant regulatory and certification requirements unique to Scheduled
drug development.
